Benefits of Staying Active during Pregnancy

Pregnant and active! - well why not Why bother with the exercise? Because a little effort goes a long way! Exercise promotes muscle tone, strength, and endurance which you will need to carry the weight you gain during pregnancy. Exercise will prepare you for labor, and make you regain your shape post delivery much quicker. If your pregnancy is going smoothly with no complications, then these are big reasons why you should make exercise a part of your regime even while pregnant.

You feel more energized

Pregnancy depletes energy, but with regular exercise you will be able to deal with daily chores with lesser effort. Exercise strengthens your cardiovascular system, so you won't have to deal with exhaustion day after day.

You feel more prepared for childbirth
