Can the continuous throwing up harm my baby?

No matter how bad the morning sickness rest assured it will not harm your baby. In severe cases of morning sickness (Hyperemesis Gravidarum) hospital admission is likely to prevent dehydration in the mother. The main area of concern is to be able to keep the fluids down and remain hydrated. Food is not as much a criteria as holding down the fluids. If solid food is a put off be sure to drink juice, soups or smoothies (in sips if necessary but throughout the day). Some mothers have a preference for crisps and high-fat foods or high-sugar foods, basically empty calories foods, but guided by the notion that something is better than nothing it makes sense to go along with what you feel like eating instead of what you should be eating. Once you have found something palatable such as crackers, dry biscuits (carry them around with a bottle of water or any other drink) or even stranger food combinations such as latte and dry fruits, keep them handy.
