Quinoa with Egg
This recipe is packed with protein.
ΒΌ cup quinoa
Egg yolk scrambled in a little butter
1 small piece of pumpkin diced
1 tbsp diced onion
1 1/2 cups water
1. Bring water to boil, add diced onion and quinoa and let it simmer on reduced heat for 15 minutes.
2. Add pumpkin and continue to cook on low flame for another 10 minutes till vegetable is soft. Add scrambled egg to the pan and stir well.
3. Puree till smooth paste or leave a coarse texture if your baby is able to handle it.
